Shared ownership of a new De Antonio Day boat in Costa Del Sol?

My wife and I, will soon be spending more time at a new build second home in El Higueron between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. We have a build slot with the fabulous Spanish Yacht builders De Antonio for the end of 2023 for a De Antonio D28 open. I am considering starting a charter business to help manage the costs but would also like to explore the idea of fractional ownership with a like minded day boat enthusiast and property owner in the Costa Del Sol, as I have been offered a bigger / better version which is slightly outside my budget.
I would love to hear from anyone that might be interested in co-ownership and shared costs?
