Sadly, catch up does not work here. You can download programmes to a drive and watch them. May sound a bit technical, but you need a PC, internet access and a storgae device connected to your PC.

Try this links and just click on the channel you want to watch. Sometimes they take a minute to load, but it does work. Just ignore the annoying popups or use a popup blocker.
