Hire car & buying a car

We are moving to Mollina and looking to hire a car and then buy a car. Any advice on this would be great.

Also wondering about hiring a car/scooter locally in Rosario ...? Or do you have to go to Antequera?
Does anyone know if there is someone who organises airport pick ups from Malaga to Duquesa or alternatively have information on public transport from the airport to Duquesa. Thanks

Look on Facebook for Micks Mini Bus Taxis as that's who we use, we also used him for a drop off in Gibraltar First class service, really clean and safe during this covid rubbish.
