Old Standard:

Stage #1 - Auction with a reserve - no sale

Stage #1 - Guide price is reduced by 25% - still no sale

Stage #1 - No guide price 

(this stage clearly encourages prospective bidders to wait to bid from scratch) 

New Standard:  (preferred)

So, my question is, does anyone know of the auctioneers in Spain that puts "homes under the hammer” so to speak.

Who do  I need to contact  -  council / police?

I need to arrange sufficient parking space in front of our house

As the locals tend to park anywhere there is a space, I'm guessing I will need some sort of local permit to make space available.

How much are they?

How much lead time is required

Hi everyone, looking to plan our trip to Malaga from Cumbria, we are driving and looking for recommendation as to route options.

I`ve seen the obvious dover to calais, but a friend said look at portsmouth to santander.

Anyone done this trip before(i`m guessing plenty people have) that can give me options that would be most appreciative.

The least miles driving the better for us.

hello, so we are looking to arrange uplift of our house in UK to spain, we have a problem now that delayed our move in dat by approx 1/2 months so need storage.

Anyone able to reccomend uplift, storage and onward delivery companies please  thsbks in advance 

we have a house in Algaidas. we are planning on visiting soon to give the house a new make over and would like to up-date with new living room furniture, such as,TV corner unit and sideboard etc. Would appreciate if within you advise us on local furniture shops within this area for these items.
