Having upgraded I want to take my old tv set to Spain from UK in hold luggage. It's fairly big and the safest/easiest way to pack it would be in the box of new one. This will make it pretty obvious what's in it. does anybody know whether I'd have to pay IVA or Duty in Spain?

Hi everyone,
this is Catherine, an Irish-citizen living in Germany. I’ve just retired and am thinking about moving to Spain. For a start I’ve rented a holiday apartment in Nerja from mid-January for seven weeks so that I can experience Winter in the South of Spain.
As I will be on my own, I am now looking for some activities to join. Can anyone recommend Spanish courses in Nerja? I learned Spanish many years ago but it’s pretty rusty at the moment! Does anyone know of any keep-fit or Yoga classes for the 50-plus age group? And any other suggestions on activities would be most welcome!

Our bedroom blinds do not fully close, which means they rattle when it's windy. Can they be fixed? They pull up fine but when we let them down, they still have all the holes open.

My wife and I have a house in Nerja and would like to replace the corrugated covering on top of our terrace pergola with something of a better quality, such as a Poly-Carbonate material.
It is a fiddly job, rather than a difficult one and any help in recommending someone who could take this on, would be much appreciated.
