It really is easy, just like Lego blocks being clipped together. Get somebody with a little knowledge of electrics to help you. Quotes you have are too expensive. Look at buying the units yourself and paying somebody to install them.
What units do you recommend and where did you buy them?

I bought Hisense units and they are brilliant. Check online for your nearest supplier. They do deliver
