I suspect its either Lost or needing a safe home.

A vet Will either Tell you where its owner is vía a chip check, and if It doesnt have one its free to be yours.

Rather beautiful looking i must say!

Please put some water, essential! Out for It.

It may be dehydrated in this weather!

A little tin of fish or Cat biscuits no doubt would go down a treat!

Always with water of course!

You are obviously a caring person! Animals have a way of knowing!

I took it to the vet. No chip, but it has now, as I've adopted it. He's doing fine. Thanks for your message. x

Well now aren't you the lovely person.  That cat got very lucky the day it found you.  Stupendous!
