I have a recently modernised 4 bedroomed house in a large village in the Malaga area and it cost 150,000 Euros, ...

That is hardly quoting like for like.

If you look in Marbella or central Estepona, the prices are 400k to over a million for an apartment. A small village is not comparable at all.

I agree. The CDS coast is hugely expensive. My son has a boat moored in Marbella and the cost of the mooring fees are ridiculous.

Looking to move to the Torre del Mar area, we're relocating from the uk towards the end of March. Looking at renting for about 6 months, whilst we get used to the surrounding areas. Then we will be looking to rent long term. Does anyone know someone who is looking to rent out there place. Looking at paying €850 or little more for the right property.
