Hi guys

Haven't been able to travel to Nerja this year due to Covid but really hoping to get back there next year. I'm just wondering if any bars / restaurants have closed permanently due to the lack of tourism this year?

Any help answering this would be great.

Thanks

Tom

There are lots  off the top of my head, I can recall

Jacky's

Olas (Burriana)

The Gallery (Burriana)

Momo Burger

The Cave Bar (Capistrano)

The two restaurants opposite the bus stop at the hotel Monica, and the tapas bar Aquarium down by the curry house.

Spiral (Calle Pintada)

Ancla 57 (Calle Pintada)

There are more, but can't recall.

Many bars and restaurants have closed for the winter. Some have closed for a few weeks but aim to open for Christmas. Many are really struggling. Some night bars are opening during the day because of the 6pm closing rule. Playa y sol is the only chingurito on Burriana open.

Lots and lots of shops have permanently closed. Many again have closed for the winter.

It's very sad.
