I would not worry your passport will show a stamp now UK non EU/EEA when you entered Spain (Schengen area), then just an internal flight for which sure will ask for ID, but will show stamped passport & cleared for entry. Hardly any flights from VLC to AGP.

...orm for arrival in Malaga and had my NHS certificate ready. The airline at Mallorca airport wanted to see the NHS pass and when I arrived in Malaga, there were no checks at all, so no Locator form or NHS pass necessary. We also did not have to go through passport control and just collected our baggage and walked out of the airport. Good luck.
