Help with my move to Nerja

Hi Guy's.

As a new person to this site. I have a thousand questions. All hopefully will be answered by people who know better than I. My wife and I. Are thinking of moving to the Nerja area. We have been to Nerja for two weeks a year, for the last three years. To say we love it? is an understatement. My question's are as follows..

1/ What are? if any ! Are the bad areas to stay clear from?

2/ Are static builds a good idea?

3/ Is a bank repo home a good value?

4/ Can anyone? Give me the name, of a good and honest real estate agent ?

5/ As a motor mechanic, with more years experience than I'm going to say.

Will I be able to open a workshop???
