Selling/buying property as a non resident of Spain

I am thinking of selling a property in Nerja with lots of steps due to poor mobility and hope to buy something more suitable. Whilst I have the information on the taxes payable for a non resident selling property I can't get anything definite if the taxes are any less when purchasing another property. Does anybody have experience or knowledge of taxes payable in this situation. Thank you in advance for any information
