Looking for the electricity providers for the Monda region please? re a new application for my rural plot.

Hi there, I'm wondering what is the first step in applying for an electricity connection to my plot of land near the village of Monda please? I'm just in the process of applying to the Monda town hall for a water connection, so I guess electricity ought to be applied for directly to the local or regional providers? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
