Hi everyone

I'm moving to Antequera Spa Park later this month.

As the home I've bought has no heating I'd appreciate some advice from anyone re the best way to heat our home come the winter months.

Would it be worth putting central heating in or would I be best using something like oil filled radiators.

I'd rather not use portable calor gas heaters if I can avoid it.

I look forward to hearing what others have done or any ideas you may have.

Thank you.

Diane

Hi Diane,

I have a home on Saydo Park and would definitely recommend having central heating installed, it does get cold in the winter months!

Thank you for your Paul.

Do you know roughly how much this would be for a 2 bed home?

Thank you.

Hello

Since my original post we moved to a smaller van. I had brand new air con put in which also had heat mode and found it to be ok but we had a mild winter and I only had to use it occasionally.

However we have now moved from the park and are renting a house and have not spent a winter in it yet.  Not sure how I'm going to heat it.....there is air con and I think it does hot, but don't know how economical it will be to run as its seems to be and old unit and normally the older units are not so efficient.

Sorry can't help more.

Regards

Diane
