Moving to Mollina
Hi, thought I would just put this out there for anyone thinking of moving to Mollina.
There is an alternative to buying on a park home or even buying a traditional bricks and mortar building and that is renting. Unlike the UK, renting is quite common in Spain and tenancy laws are very favorable for the tenants. The advantages are that if you find out after 6-12-18 months, depending on your lease, you hate the area or even living in Spain, you can give in your notice and move on without the worry of having something to sell. Buying and selling anything in Spain regarding housing can be very costly. If you love the area you live you can either carry on renting or look at buying something. There are a few estate agents that deal with renting, but a lot is by word of mouth or similar. The reason I am talking about this is because I know a few folk who have bought on a park, hated it and have moved into the village, but they have ended up losing quite a bit of money. It would be much easier and less costly doing it the other way round. Rent first, then if you love it, have made friends, move onto a park.
I hate seeing folk making costly mistakes that few of us can afford in this day and age. Please feel free to message me and if I can help I will.
