I hope someone can help with this. I ordered a 6 seater hot tub which was too big. I tried to return it and Amazon sent me a returns label  but not instructions as to if it would be collected. My daughter went to the post office and they said it would be 400€ to send back. I have tried various ways to contact Amazon es but no joy. What can I do to ask them to collect from Lazy days site?

Otherwise if anyone would like to by a hot tub ant discount price of 500€

This has been so stressful. I think I have rang Amazon 200 times and they show ‘busy’

Some products are eligible for free return collection, did you check your order? Also is it a third party seller and not Amazon themselves? It can be tricky if not Amazon, there are separate terms and conditions with a third party seller. They normally respond to E Mails, via their site on your account. I have had Amazon own stock sales collected no problem, if direct Amazon that option where you compete the return request & print label. Good luck.

Many people who buy from the Amazon do not check if buying from Amazon direct or a third party seller, 'did you check this'? I hope it all works out OK.

In Spain Amazon does not always pick up returned items. If you have a returned label you have to deliver it to the nearest collection point Amazon has established at your own expense, which would be significant in your case being such a bulky item.

It's not just 'in Spain'.

Amazon's T&Cs are broadly similar globally.

Thank you.

I did manage to email Amazon es and they said they would refund my return costs! I have to take it to a carrier but I don’t know where they may be in Mollina!

Go to the post office and ask about 'Correos Express'. Check the service on this website.

Let me know how you get on!
