Laptop repair issue

My desktop keeps loading lots and lots of short cut icons. I delete them but they keep returning?? I hope you may speak English

You have spamware or a virus.
Make sure all your updates are up to date.
You could then use an anti-malware program, just google for one. Most are quite cheap and well worth it. Always take Windows updates.
