British Army Pension Tax

You shouldn’t have to as it should be taxed at source. My hubby doesn’t get taxed in Spain on his RAF pension.

Hi Lorraine,  yes I say as part of the agreement between countries that government pensions are taxed by the UK as you say at source, but are counted towards total earnings to work out what Spanish tax bracket you will be placed in for tax on any other worldwide earnings.

The Spanish Tax authority tax on all worldwide income if you are a Spanish Resident.  You really should speak to an Accountant here in Spain to ensure you have all your personal deductions set up correctly.
