Can you enter Spain with just your Approval for Residency document, and if not can a solicitor represent you at the police station to apply for your residency card?

Many thanks

Heard that if residency being processed that will get you through. Need to show evidence of such transactions on demand

My husband and I came with just the approval.   You have to appear in person for your residency card when they will take your fingerprints.   Then it takes a few weeks before you can pick up your card when they will fingerprint you again.   Right now with COVID they are backed up and you may need to wait for an appointment.

It is worth the wait and the hassle!

Seems to be unclear. Gov.uk website says that Spanish Government have not clarified whether any documents other than the actual green TIE card can be used for entry.

I'm sorry, we are from the US.   I keep forgetting there are different rules for different countries here.
