I would love to know what the Miraflores golf course is like in 2024.  Also, the general area south of the golf course.  We would like stay somewhere no longer than around a mile from the course so that we can walk to it and also be within walking distance to the coast and restaurants etc.  Exercise always forms an important part of our holidays given we spend 8 hours a day sitting at a desk, 48 weeks of the year! Is that even possible?  I have no idea of this area of Spain but it looks on the map as if it 'has it all'.  Would be ever so grateful on your thoughts.  Thanks you. Go raibh maith agat.  Matsey

We have a three year old leather sofa bed which was quite expensive, unfortunately the leather on the seats has become discoloured, we think through sun tan lotion. We have tried to have cleaned but no joy, we have heard of leather furniture being repainted and wondered if anyone provided this service or potentially recovering if it’s cost effective. Hi, I have 2 bikes which need servicing. I have a gents hybrid bike which needs the back wheel/gears fitted and adjusted properly and a ladies city bike which needs adjusting too. 

Does anyone know of a place I can take my bikes for repair/maintenance?

I tried decathalon but they would not help as I didn't purchase the bikes from them.

We have just moved to the area and are trying to get some internal roller blinds fitted.

we have had a company come out and although I expected our large double terrace doors to be expensive … we have been quotes €4000 for a large terrace door and three bedroom windows. I was so shocked!

Is this how much blinds cost out here? I could probably get the whole lot done at home for about £1800 to £2000.

I would really appreciate some advice or other good companies to try for a quote that will be more reasonable?
