Where and how to apply for TIE

Hello there folks, moving next week to Mijas, we have our NLV visas and looking for some info on where and how to apply for TIE card

You are best to use an 'agent' for the TIE, will also need tax advice, Spanish 'back date your tax year from 1st January 2022' you will treaded as a Spanish tax resident, this kicks and after 183 days & compounds with your NLV & TIE. Another point if you drive you can only use UK licence for 6 months and unless a swap deal done with Spain, you will need a driving test.
