Hi,

Reading various articles on the web has caused a bit of confusion . Some articles say that you can only stay in Spain for 90 days on a visitors visa, which I presume we are going to need once we leave at the end of the year, and others say upto just under 6 months. Any idea what the correct information is please?

Following Brexit UK citizens can only stay in Spain for 90 days within 180 days.  Long visits are no longer possible.  If you plan to stay for more than 90 days and make Spain you main home you will need to apply for residency. After 183 days in a year you will be liable to pay taxes in Spain.
