Can anyone recommend a doctor where a appointment is not required Problem a persistent cough for about a week

Have you been to the farmacia? There's very little a doctor can do, if it persists beyond a month they will investigate but, until then, over the counter remedies are all you can use. The only non-appointment doctors service is A&E, and they'd likely be a bit annoyed with you presenting with a minor ailment!
