paying ibi and basura via internet

My date for payment had expired, I got a revised date through this link, then was able to pay

You need your NIE, and the Matricula number, shown on the original tax demand. If you dont have the Matricula, try mailing [email protected]

That useful WEB link is one I use for paying my Car Tax. Matricula is the car registration and it's worked fine for three years now.

When I put in my appartement matricula(from manually paid IBI Bills last year) however, I always get ''No se han encontrado recibos con esos datos''  or No invoice available. They never send me a Bill through the post either. I am in UK and CV-19 stuck here until Sept at the earliest.

Will the IBI bill come up at some date? Presumably fairly soon. Any ideas on how to resolve this one? (I don't have an ES bank account nor do I want a DD set up or use a Gestor)

My (speedy) email response from the prpmalaga was ''Los recibos correspondientes al periodo 2021 se emiten a partir del 1 de julio de 2021''

So bills are issued after 1st July 2021.  I'll keep you posted//Pete

Yes it finally works !  I can get my Estepona Apartment IBI/Basura online and pay it using:

Oficina virtual Patronato de recaudación de Málaga (prpmalaga.es)

You need to enter matricula = Property # 12345678 (8 digits from Deeds or previous bill)

Organismo = drop down menu of your locality

NIF = I used my NIE  (format Y1234567L)

....and up came my IBI and Basura Invoices(as per above, from July 1st yearly).  Payment online via a card click the Euro sign links over to Caixa bank and just enter the card details. At last ! No more queuing at the Office(after online Appointments) and then the Bank(only certain banks and days...).

Well done Malaga Patronato. Car tax is the same(but that did always work), so that just leaves the dreaded IRNR where you can only get the Form 210 filled online, no way to pay it.......

They send to your property if you are registered, 

I did pay it online in the end. After filling the modelo 210 form online and filing it you get a ref number. Quote this number as the reference in an online payment to:

Treasury Spain

ES7000491892642113304984

BSCHESMMXXX

Obviously keep the electronic receipt safe,!  P.s. I quoted the 210 filing reference wrong initially and the payment was immediately returned to my bank…on doing it correctly it worked fine, so it does get there correctly.
