Renting a villa outside Frigiliana

Hi - we are lucky enough to be renting a villa in September, just outside Frigiliana, and just down the track from La Venta restaurant - Maria Delores I think it is called - really looking forward to it, but we had heard on another forum that there was building work going happening to one of the villas on the narrow track, making access very difficult. Does anybody know if this is still the case?
