We are staying in Frigiliana for a month in October if this year.I was wondering if anyone can advize me where to buy fresh fish, fresh meat,
and grocery shop that is not mega money but is value for money.

Loads of places to shop in Fuengirola, Mercadona , Carrefour , Lidl Aldi , plenty of choice

There are plenty of options .There's a good Lidl on the main road into Nerja ,some good little shops in Frigiliana itself which are not expensive and a Mercadona in Nerja.The fresh fruit and veg is one of the joys of the region ,great quality for not much money .

We shop mainly in Mercadona and Lidl.

Try Mercadona Capistrano end of Nerja fresh fish etc. Also Supersol Capistrano end again great fresh meat. Both stores are on the coastal road just outside Nerja
