Hi there, I’m new to the forum and would like to learn Spanish, also looking to learn to play Padel. Thanks. John

Hi where about are you? I live just outside Estacion. I’ve never played padel but have friends in the uk who play it all the time. I used to play Tennis in the uk, but not since I’ve been here. I tried Spanish lessons here and was doing ok until they stopped them. I’ve got Spanish cds I’m going to give a go and babel, I lost my partner last year and am trying to find new things to do round here. Years ago I used to go to the Junta cafe in the village where there was dancing doninoes, local walks etc but need to find out now if they still do them

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I am just outside of Estacion, looking to join a padel club and learn as I go. I played tennis and badminton back in the UK. Also was looking at attending Spanish classes (idealy) so I could learn in a group format, but I’m not writing anything off as yet.

Hi

If you can find where there is a padel club I would be interested, although I don’t know where it would be played. The courts are about 25% smaller than a tennis court.

I still have I think a badminton net and 2 rackets in my games box on the pool patio. Which I have for guests to use but there isn’t a court marked out.
