Not being aloud on the coach because friend took his mask off.

I was refused entry to get on the local coach from Sayalong to algarrobo coast to shop at the supermarkets because my friend took his mask off, I was in his company and was wearing a mask, but they still dont let me on, I dont know how to get permission to travel? Can anyone help?
