Where in coin do you go to register on the Padron?
Where would I then go to to change my Green registration certificate for the TIE card?

UK Nationals: If you registered with the authorities in Spain for residency prior to 2021 and you have a 'green certificate', it means that you have a valid residency document. It does not need to be renewed.
