Anyone know an internet provider who can deliver MINIMUM WiFi speeds of 7 Mbps in the campo near Tolox? (NOT Conred, please!)

Currently have a WiFi internet contract with Conred that gives download speeds “up to” 15Mbps. This is a meaningless spec, as typical speeds are around 4.5 Mbps in the evenings, which causes constant buffering on IPTV HD channels. They are non-responsive to requests to address the clear oversubscription of their service.
Does anyone know of any provider in the area who can actually deliver minimum download speeds of 7Mbps, please?
