My family own a village home near Velez. It is not a property that would be very attractive as a holiday home and would be more suitable for local working people. We are advertising with an estate agency but we are not getting much interest, perhaps because the agency is more targetted at expats. Does anyone know of an agency which is more targetted at Spanish locals? Or perhaps how to sell at auction?
