Any Velez-Malaga Internet Provider recommendations?

I am looking to get internet installed in my house in Velez Malaga and am looking for any recommendations. We are in la villa and our have been told that fibre optic is available on our street so this would be our preference (although axartel have said only wi-max, is fibre only available through certain providers?).
Any recommendations on reliable/ reasonable providers? I am thinking of enquiring with Electrovideo if anyone has experience with them?
