Wanted working Windows 7 laptop

Hi,
I need a second-hand Windows 7 laptop to process basic information on a RIFE machine.
It doesn’t need to be that powerful - @4Gb RAM and 128 Gb to 256Gb hard disk.
It is important that it has at least two USB ports and is running Windows 7. (I don’t want to be fiddling with continual requests to upgrade as with Windows 10).
I would be grateful if all personal data could be removed, leaving just the OS.
Finally, it must have a U.K. QWERTY keyboard.
I have to add that I have been an Apple user for the last 38 years, so it has to be easy to use.
