Things to do whilst on holiday

Hi
My family and I (3 x teenagers my wife and her sister) are holidaying in Villanueva Del Rosario in June.
Looking for ideas for what to do.
Looking to possibly hire a car big enough to transport us around if required.
Possibly looking at doing the Zip line I have heard about. Maybe pony/horse trekking. Going to beach to try scuba diving.
Also just to chill, have tapas and enjoy this village.
Any ideas tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
