Hi all,
My wife and I have recently purchased a holiday home in Periana - yes I know, timing is not the best! But, we fell in love with the place and so made the jump at the end of March. Due to COVID we have not been able to travel out there yet, but the bills are starting to arrive!
Can someone please explain what the 'Patronato de recaudacion provincial' charge covers and is this a monthly charge? My understanding is that this covers the water, plumbing and water treatment - at least that's what my solicitor explained. If this is a water bill, is it estimated, fixed or based on consumption - in which case I guess they read a meter at some point?
Is there a way to set up an account where you can access your bills and charges online or does that need to be done in person at the Town Hall?
Loads of questions to ask about utilities, but dont want to bombard you all at once. If anyone could offer advice in this area it would be much appreciated.
