I am trying to find a musician

Hi Everyone.
I'm trying locate a busker/guitarist who regularly performs on the de Europe. He plays traditional Spanish sounds. He wears a ponytail and sits on the statue side . I have a celebration event coming up next week and I'd to hire him for an hour or so if he's available. Any response would be appreciated.
