Car Boot Sale

Hi
Can anyone offer advice about selling at the car boot sale. I believe it is possible to sell handmade products. I would like to sell personalised items such as family box frames, wine glasses, hair bows etc. Am I able to sell these at car boot sale and if so what paperwork do I need, if any? Or is there someone I can contact to get this information? Many thanks for any advice
