Moving to Costa, Need Assistance Getting Oriented

I’m finally making the big leap from my home in the Arizona desert to a cozy apartment on the water in Almunecar. I spent a month in the area last summer learning the basics, but I’m definitely going to need assistance getting all the details about how to purchase a mobile plan, where to shop for this or that, best places to hike or eat, and above all how to connect with other English speakers.
