Looking to relocate

Hello, me and my (Irish) partner are looking to relocate to Spain next year and I am gathering info on different areas that could be possible places we would like to live (will also be visiting). One of these areas is Nerja and I was wondering if anyone could give me some insights into the area. We don't drive so easy access to public transport is necessary and my partner will be looking for work (gardening, bar work etc). I play outdoor bowls here in London so something like that would be a bonus. Thank you all for your help.
