Nerja local holidays and restaurant closures.

Visited Nerja many times, usually in the winter, and have been very disappointed to discover some of our favourite bars and restaurants closed in February.
We have discovered that February is when a local holiday for many businesses is taken. Is this a fixed date or is it variable?
Can anyone let us know when the local holiday will be in Nerja is this coming February as we want to book a holiday.
