I am looking for a service provider in Spain who will take over certain tasks from you when you are not at home. For example, opening the door for other service providers such as Internet companies, plumbers, alarm installers and periodic mail forwarding. Being present at your house to let others in, supervise them and do some small jobs (like forwarding mail once in a while). Unfortunately, the neighbors are not always there either, hence.
