Moving to Nerja

Hi, Graham and I are moving to Nerja in next couple of Months from Uk, Of course depends on Boris!
We are a sociable couple and are hoping to make new friends. Hoping for suggestions where we start.
We also are bringing our dogs with us and hoping for lots of advice on living in Spain with dogs.
Any recommendations of where the expats gather for a coffee and a chat? Good restaurants?
