I have 600 Mb fibre internet connection and would like to make everything go through a vpn. Is it possible to add vpn on Movistar router. Main issue is TV is connected by Ethernet cable and therefore our Amazon and Netflix accounts take on a Spanish theme rather than our normal UK profile.

Here link, installing a VPN, more complex on a router you have to change the firmware. You can install on a HDMI Firestick & plug HDMI input TV. If you want on a smart TV you need 'ExpressVPN for smart TV', or use a computer with HDMI out https://vpnoverview.com/vpn-setup/install-vpn-smart-tv/
