I think you need to spend some time here and explore different areas. There are many urbanisations and it really depends on.what you want.
It 's what we're going to do, but sometimes it ' s only after a while that you see the advantages of an area and the quality of the construction is not always obvious. Talking with residents is sometimes the only way to avoid mistakes.
Anyway thank you for the advice

I can only echo what Lindypops has said. I appreciate you don't want to commit to something without knowing about it but, if you take a couple of weeks in a holiday let, then you can travel to areas without being tied for a year. It's really not possible to say what will work for other people, it's a very personal decision. However, there's nowhere that's really horrible!
thank you for the advice we have booked something for the beginning of March and we 'll come back in May.
I only wanted to know if there was a place that had to be avoided at all cost for example if the construction was poor quality usually residents know if it's a bad choice or not.
