Hi All

I would like to ask a quick question regarding passport control when travelling to another country not in Schengen area

I live in Spain and have Residencia and a UK passport. When I am travelling to a non Schengen destination can I now go to the EU passport control area when exiting the country as I live in an EU country and no longer have to have my passport stamped as I have my residéncia card to show at Spanish border or do I still have to queue with the UK tourists etc who must get their passport stamped on leaving and entering.

EU - Showing your residence document should negate any stamp in your passport when entering or exiting the external Schengen Border.

. (The Airline will still check you passport when boarding to a non Schengen country such as UK)
