Legal eviction question
Question on tenant not paying rent. I know there is an eviction process that a landlord has to start when a tenant refuses to pay rent and refuses to move out. I know that locks cannot be changed and the tenant cannot be forced out. After 2 months of not paying rent the contract is naturally terminated and the tenant notified.
My question is can the landlord move in to the property along with the tenant....even if the tenant is not in agreement? Is there a law against this? Im guessing there is but would like to know for sure.
