Does anyone ever answer hour questions
I ask whether we are allowed garden bonfires y.et twice but no answer yet .not even an acknowledgement. Does this forum work I ask myself

Well, I find people respond if they know the answer. I, for one, have no idea about bonfires. Maybe you can ask your local ayuntamiento?
Maybe nobody knows the answer. There seems little point in replying to say "don't know". Not sure why you would expect an acknowledgement......or from whom? If it's published and you can see the post then it's published and others can see it too. If nobody here can help then maybe expand your search for an answer....Google, Malaga (or wherever you are) Facebook group?

Since no-one seems to know the answer to your question, no-one has replied!
Better that than some other internet sites where everyone wades in with their two penniworth, mostly total rubbish, often factually wrong.
Ask your Ayuntimento. In case you haven't yet realised, Spain a) is less regulated than UK b) has much more local autonomy.
You need to obtain a permit from the local townhall.
