Families with young children (4/5 years old)

Hi,
We are thinking of renting long term in La Mairena but I'm a little worried there may not be many families with young children in the area/urbanisation. The urbanisation would be el Soto de Marbella.
I'm also interested to know if there would be any swimming lessons for a 4 year old locally?
