Looking for a job: Finding Work

Hey, I joined this forum in an atteplt to find someone who can help me with moving to Competa.
I am currently living in Ireland, but feel that I would love to travel and I see some nice accommodation in Competa which is why I chose there.
I am trying to find is there is any employment around that will pay enough to pay rent and cover bills.
I have a couple of years in a management role and also have a very hardworking attitude which I hope may help me.
As I'm in a different country the only way I can think of getting work is by posting here and hoping someone replies.
