Just a warning for home clearance:
I found through this website company who was interested in home clearance for a reasonable price.
First day: no show, without any notification.
Three days later: second appointment: no show, one hour before appointment, they changed their rate from 300 to 1200 Euro!!
Big scammers, be warned:

so be warned folks, in the end we did the clearance ourselves!
